Edit call details from the Call Manager

Edit the call details that display in the Waiting Area for team members


Health service providers in a call have the option to edit call details from the Call Manager, without leaving the call screen. This allows you to edit the details that show in the waiting area for the caller, to provide more information to all signed in team members in the clinic. When an internal field for Patient Notes is configured for the clinic, the clinician can add any required notes in that section, which will show in the corresponding waiting area column for other team members to see. This could be a note for reception staff to make another appointment for a patient, for example, or any other relevant information for clinic staff regarding the patient.

Please note, the Call Details can also be edited from the Waiting Area, by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the patient's details and selecting Edit Details. Click here for more information.

To edit the call details from the Call Manager:

In the Call Screen, open the Call Manager and under Call Actions, click on Edit Call Details.
The Edit Call details window opens and you can edit any editable fields, including internal use only fields. In this example the clinic admin has configured a Patient Notes field, that can be populated as required. Any notes typed in this field will then be viewable in a column in the waiting area, for all team members to see.
Once saved, these details will appear under the relevant heading in the waiting area.
