Call Activity View trial
We are trialing a new view for Video Call users who have access to more than one clinic. Call Activity view shows a list of call activity in all clinics, giving users oversight or activity in their clinics at a glance. Users do not have to click on each individual clinic to see these details. Click here for more information.

Sound Meter application
In collaboration with SA Health, we will soon be introducing a Video Call Sound Meter application, for use in specialties including speech therapy and other clinical use cases. This application provides clinical information about a person's vocal volume and pitch and can be used as an assessment or feedback tool. Example screenshots are shown in the overview below:
| Once the application is launched, you can select to either Speak or Listen. | ![]() |
| Once Speak or Listen is selected, select the required participant and the required microphone. Both the patient or clinician can select the required microphone. |

| Once selected, the application starts to measure the volume and pitch of the speaker's voice, shows the data live in a dial and graphs. |

Landing page for guests who arrive at the sign-in page in error
We will soon release a new landing page for patients, clients and other guests using the clinic link for a Video Call appointment, when the link is incorrect or another link error occurs. Instead of being taken to the sign-in page in error when this occurs, there will be a new page with more information about what to do next. The example below shows the design of the page:
