Using the Resource Toolbar with Apps & Tools
The Resource Toolbar has annotation, zoom, rotate, widget and other functionality
When sharing a resource via Apps & Tools, the Resource Toolbar is available for resources that support annotation, zoom, rotate, full screen, download, snapshot, dice and spinner widgets and various other functions. When you share a resource, the Resource Toolbar will show the available options for that type of resource. All participants in the call can view and interact with the shared resource unless the host has restricted access for patients, clients and other guests in the Apps & Tools drawer.
To see the Resource Toolbar, hover over the shared resource, for example a whiteboard or pdf, and it will display above the resource. See below for the annotation and other options available:
| The examples to the right show the Resource Toolbar with either a download button (top image)or a snapshot button (bottom image) - this depends on the resource shared. For example a shared screen will have the snapshot button because it cannot be downloaded. |
