Keep up to date with the Video Call platform status and any current incidents
22nd October - 1:40pm - We are currently experiencing slow response times on the platform. The service responsible for these slow response times has been recovered and normal performance shall return shortly. Ongoing calls will not be affected by this issue.
22nd October - 1:55pm - A partial rollback is commencing from the overnight release to ensure stability and performance.
22nd October - 2:10pm - Rollback has completed, the platform is now performing as expected.
22nd October - 2:30pm - Rollback has completed but the performance has not returned to expected performance. An additional software change is being deployed.
22nd October - 2:40pm - Additional changes have been completed, the platform is now performing as expected.
