This page will be used to communicate issues currently being experienced.
9th July 10:30 AM - We are aware of an issue impacting the platform and will provide updates as soon as possible. Users may be unable to login or see their clinics. The infrastructure team are currently investigating the issue and we will update shortly.
9th July 10:35 AM - Service has been restored, however the platform is currently running slower than expected while we continue to investigate the issues. User may continue to experience slowness or intermittency during this time.
9th July 10:50 AM - The platform continues to experience intermittent issues. It is currently running slower than expected while we continue to investigate the issues. User may continue to experience slowness or intermittency during this time. If you are logged out of the platform, you should be able to log in and continue the service. The issue does not appear to be affecting the ability to maintain video calls.
9th July 11:05 AM - A workaround has been achieved for the current issues. If you are still experiencing issues please logout and back in to the platform. If you are unsuccessful, please try and login by opening incognito or in private browser window by clicking the three dots menu and selecting the option in your web browser.
9th July 11:25 AM - Users should no longer be experiencing issues.
