Call Activity view

See all your caller information for all clinics in one view


We are currently trialing a new Call Activity View, which will be released soon. This view displays caller activity for users with multiple clinics at a glance, without the need to click on each clinic to see the caller information. It also includes clickable summary tile filters at the top of the page.

This view will show for all Video Call role types. If you have access to multiple clinics and would like to trial this new feature, contact the Video Call team to have it enabled for your user account. 

Call Activity will show in the left menu for users with access to multiple clinics.

This view show all caller activity in the clinics the user has access to.

 

From this view callers can be joined, notifications can be sent and received, and callers can be transferred to another clinic.

 

Clicking on the clinic name in the left column will open the clinic in another browser tab to show the waiting area. 

Callers that have been sent notifications will display a blue number in the notification icon, and those that have sent a notification to the clinic will have an orange number. 

 

 

The clickable summaries at the top act as filters.

 

For example, clicking on New Notifications at the top right will filter to show only callers that have sent a new message (orange notifications).

 In this example there are 7 new notifications from callers
