诊所等候区配置 - 呼叫锁

在您的诊所启用呼叫锁,以提供额外的隐私保护


为了增强隐私和安全,通话主持人(医疗服务提供者)可以在视频通话中加入患者或客户后锁定通话。锁定功能可确保诊所等候区的其他团队成员无法加入通话。此功能在诊所级别启用,诊所管理员可以决定是否为每个诊所启用锁定通话功能。

要访问诊所等候区配置部分,诊所和机构管理员请前往诊所左侧菜单,点击“配置”>“等候区”。点击此处了解更多关于视频通话中呼叫锁功能的信息。

要启用“呼叫锁定” ,并让您的服务提供商能够锁定他们加入的通话,只需点击切换开关即可。您可以随时使用切换开关更改此设置。


然后按保存。

一旦医疗服务提供商加入通话,他们将在通话屏幕左下方看到锁定按钮。

他们可以单击锁定按钮来锁定通话。

这将阻止诊所中的任何其他团队成员加入该通话。
