診所等候區配置 - 呼叫鎖

在您的診所啟用呼叫鎖,以提供額外的隱私保護


為了增強隱私和安全,通話主持人(醫療服務提供者)可以在視訊通話中加入患者或客戶後鎖定通話。鎖定功能可確保診所等候區的其他團隊成員無法加入通話。此功能在診所層級啟用,診所管理員可以決定是否為每個診所啟用鎖定通話功能。

若要存取診所等候區配置部分,診所和機構管理員請前往診所左側選單,點選「配置」>「等候區」。點擊此處了解更多關於視訊通話中呼叫鎖定功能的資訊。

要啟用「呼叫鎖定」 ,並讓您的服務提供者能夠鎖定他們加入的通話,只需點擊切換開關即可。您可以隨時使用切換開關變更此設定。


然後按儲存。

一旦醫療服務提供者加入通話,他們將在通話畫面左下方看到鎖定按鈕。

他們可以點擊鎖定按鈕來鎖定通話。

這將阻止診所中的任何其他團隊成員加入該通話。
