Bulk import process for user accounts
How to import team members and team admins in bulk
Organisation administrators with a large number of clinicians and/or administrators to add to one or more of their clinics can perform a Bulk Upload of users. Administrators have the ability to create and upload a simple csv file with clinic and team member information, using a downloadable sample template. This streamlines the process for adding multiple users to one or more clinics.
To perform a Bulk Upload of users, follow the instructions below:
At the Organisation level, click on the left column menu option Bulk Import. |

The Bulk Import interface will display.
Download the sample template to create your csv file with the applicable information added to the columns.
Add the information following the template example in the available columns. |

Please provide the information exactly as shown in the example, otherwise the process will not work: Organisation Name: exactly as it appears in the Video Call service Clinic Name Address: The URL (web address) of the clinic when you are viewing the Waiting Area (address in the web address bar), eg https://vcc.healthdirect.org.au/t/acmecardiology/team/waiting-area Email Address: of the user you are adding Role: Type the required role using correct wording (Administrator or Admin, Clinic clerk, Team member or Member, Service referrer). Permissions: Add TRUE or FALSE for each of the permissions, as required. |

Once the csv file is correctly finalised, click on Upload File and navigate to the file, then click Open to upload it.
OR
Drag the csv file to the upload button.

Once the csv file is uploaded the details can be reviewed and edited, if required.
Once reviewed, click the Import button.
There is also the option to Reupload a csv file, if required. |

The confirmation screen will display, confirming how many users you are importing and whether an email will be sent to them.
Click Confirm and Import to perform the bulk import of members. |

Once the Upload is performed the added Team Members/Admins will receive an email to create their account if the option was enabled and they do not yet have an account. Team Members and Pending Invitations lists will update accordingly. |
