Video Call live updates
Keep up to date with the Video Call platform status and any current incidents
20th October - 6:30pm - We are currently experiencing issues affecting the following sub-components of the Video Call service (SMS, Phone Call out and Group Rooms). The issue is being caused by an external service provider and we are working with the vendor to ensure service is fully restored.
20th October - 6:50pm - The external service provider is still experiencing issues and we continue working with the vendor to ensure service is fully restored.
20th October - 7:00pm - Whilst the service is currently experiencing technical difficulties in these sub-components, please use the following workarounds:
SMS Invitations - Please send invitations via email instead of SMS, or copy the link and send an SMS using an external service.
SMS Waiting Area Alerts - Please use desktop alerts or email alerts or alternatively manually monitor the waiting areas where alerts are required.
Phone Call Out - Please use your desk phone, mobile or an alternative phone call provider.
Group Calls - You can complete a successful call with up to six participants in the waiting area
20th October - 7:20pm - Issues continue to persist with the external service provider. No ETA has yet been provided for a resolution.
20th October - 7:50pm - Issues continue to persist with the external service provider. No ETA has yet been provided for a resolution.
20th October - 8:20pm - Issues continue to persist with the external service provider. No ETA has yet been provided for a resolution.
20th October - 8:50pm - SMS capability and group room connectivity has now been restored. Issues continue to remain for phone call out.
20th October - 9:30pm - The platform capabilities have been fully restored.
