Bulk import process for user accounts
Adding a large number of team members and team admins
An organisation with a large number of clinicians or administrators can request to have all the users added as part of a bulk import process.
To request for bulk import of your users, enter the details in the excel file HealthDirect - Bulk Import Example.xlsx, which has an example row for your reference. Follow the bulk import process outlined below:
- Please do not change/add or delete the column naming conventions (as any additional explanation text added into column names changes the column titles)
- Please ensure that the lines are correctly filled in.
- Please ensure no extra sheets are present in the file.
- Please ensure that the clinic name address is correctly provided against the organisation name (see screenshot below on where to find the clinic name address).
- If it is a new clinic that has not yet been created, please enter the name of the new clinic against the organisation name.
- Please ensure the files are sent to Healthdirect Video Call team by email to videocallsupport@healthdirect.org.au before 3 pm AEST, for the accounts to be imported for the next business day.
