Mute a participant in your Video Call

How to mute a participant as a host in a call


Hosts in a call will see the mute hover button when they hover over another participant's video feed. This can be useful when in a call with multiple participants and you would like to eliminate any background sounds coming through their microphone. Patients and guests only have access to mute themselves, not others in the call.

Hover over a participant's video feed and select the mute icon to mute them in the call.

 

Please note you cannot unmute a participant, they will need to unmute themselves when ready.
