How to take a snapshot of a participant's screen during a Video Call

During a video call, hosts in the call have the option to take a snapshot of a participant's video feed. The snapshot will save to the downloads location on the host's computer or device and can be moved to and stored in a suitable location, such as a patient's records. Before taking the snapshot the host can request the camera be pointed at the required location, such as a wound or other health issue. The participant can also be requested to switch to another camera on their computer or device, including a medical device or scope before the snapshot is taken, to capture a detailed image.

Hover over a participant's video feed and select the snapshot button (camera icon) to take a snapshot of their screen. This will download a high resolution image to your device - wherever your downloads are set to save to.
